{"id":2830,"date":"2017-08-30T09:36:16","date_gmt":"2017-08-30T12:36:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/HCD\/2017\/08\/30\/ordenanza-no-241917-adhesion-consorcio-region-norte\/"},"modified":"2017-08-30T09:36:16","modified_gmt":"2017-08-30T12:36:16","slug":"ordenanza-no-241917-adhesion-consorcio-region-norte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.exaltaciondelacruz.gob.ar\/hcd\/?p=2830","title":{"rendered":"Ordenanza N\u00ba 2419\/17 &#8211; Adhesi\u00f3n consorcio Regi\u00f3n Norte"},"content":{"rendered":"<div align=\"right\"><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Corresponde Expediente N\u00b0 4036-356\/17-HCD<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>El            HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE EXALTACI\u00d3N DE LA CRUZ,\u00a0 en   uso    de               las atribuciones que le son propias, sanciona la       siguiente: <\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">ORDENANZA<\/span><\/h4>\n<p> <strong>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00b0<\/strong>  Autorizase a la MUNICIPALIDAD DE EXALTACION DE LA CRUZ, a ADHERIR al  CONSORCIO DE GESTI\u00d3N Y DESARROLLO REGI\u00d3N NORTE 2 (RN2), el cual tiene su  marco jur\u00eddico por las Leyes Provinciales N\u00b0 13580 y 14900 de Creaci\u00f3n  del mencionado Consorcio.-<br \/> <strong><br \/>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00b0 <\/strong>El Consorcio  mencionado se encuentra conformado por los Municipios de Escobar, Tigre,  San Fernando, Malvinas Argentinas, Pilar y Campana<br \/> <strong><br \/>ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00b0<\/strong>  Autorizase al DEPARTAMENTO EJECUTIVO MUNICIPAL.
